Bring the heart of a Neapolitan pizzeria to your backyard or event space. Our pizza service is a high-energy, live-fire performance centered around the art of the crust. I arrive on-site with professional Ooni ovens and a curated station of premium, hand-selected toppings.
Using my signature high-hydration, long-fermented dough, I hand-stretch and fire each pizza at 500°C right before your eyes. The result is a perfect, airy, leopard-spotted crust served fresh off the stone in under 60 seconds. It’s more than a meal—it’s interactive dinner theater for guests who appreciate the craft of a perfect pie.

To ensure the highest quality of service and the best "show" for your guests, our interactive services are built on a flat-rate Experience Fee plus the actual Food Cost for your specific menu.
The Base Experience: $750
5-Hour Minimum Engagement: Includes 1 hour of shopping, 1 hour for setup/pre-heat, 2 hours of live service, and 1 hour for breakdown/cleanup.
Professional Equipment & Master Prep: Covers specialized high-heat ovens, fuel, and 48-72 hours of dough fermentation.
The "Live Show": Full interactive culinary performance for you and your guests.
Extended Service
Hourly Rate: For events requiring more than the standard 2-hour service window, additional time is billed at $150 per hour.
This ensures that whether your event is an intimate dinner or an all-day celebration, the oven stays hot as long as you need it.
Food & Ingredients
Market-Direct Pricing: To allow for total menu flexibility, the customer pays the direct food cost.
Artisan Sourcing: I handle the sourcing of all premium ingredients (D.O.P. tomatoes, specialized cheeses, etc.) based on your custom menu selection, ensuring the highest quality from farm to fire.
